First Campground and Chartering Ceremonies Itinerary

During the weekend of August 4, 5 & 6, 2017, The Widows Sons will open the first Widows Sons Campground, in Galena, Missouri. Friday night will be a fellowship and greeting night.

CEREMONY ITINERY
The opening ceremonies will begin Saturday at 3 P.M. with Brother Rick Casada, the President of the Grand Chapter of Missouri will introduce the chartering Grand Chapter(s). They will begin the chartering ceremonies and introduce Founder, Worshipful Brother Carl A Davenport to give the Widows Sons Obligation and Oath of Office to the new Grand Chapter of Missouri Rick Casada first, and then the other new Grand Chapter President(s). Immediately following the obligations, the chartering Grand chapters will give the newly chartered President the Charges to A Mason, and instruct them to obligate their chapter officers and members at their next regular stated meeting, and to obligate any and all new members at the first stated meeting following their election to membership. The chartering ceremony will be closed and the ceremony will be handed back to newly chartered Missouri President, Brother Rick Casada of the Masons Grand Chapter of Missouri.   Brother Rick will then open the campground christening ceremony and introduce Worshipful Brother Carl Davenport, to deliver a  campground blessing ceremony, an opening toast, and the lighting of the First Widows  Sons Symbolic eternal campground  candle. The campground will be officially opened. The ceremony will then be turned over to Brother Rick Casada for introductions and toasts.

The itinerary of Saturday and Sunday will be introduced by Brother Rick Casada.

Widows Sons Campgrounds in other locations in the eastern, south eastern and north western U.S. are being planned. As information becomes available, it will be posted here. Please bookmark this page.

Our goal is to have Widows Sons Campgrounds available for Widows Sons who are travelling, Masons who camp, to hold Widows Sons events and gatherings and for Masons who like to camp. Our camps will give priority for Widows Sons events and gatherings. Public camping will also be available.
